Mark Carlson has worked with EarthShare for more than 20 years and is past National Board Chair. He is currently the Chief Strategy Officer at Laughlin Constable, a full service advertising agency in Chicago.

A veteran of the marketing and advertising industry, he has worked at several major agencies during his career. He is a former Naval Aviator and a graduate of the US Naval Academy.
