Workplace giving is the original crowdfunding! It gives entire workplaces the opportunity to donate to the nonprofits they care about, primarily through payroll pledges. Giving options are typically offered during an annual campaign. Donors contribute with each paycheck or via other means like credit/debit card, cash or check. Employee giving support allows nonprofits to spend less time fundraising and more time focused on their missions.

Our expert team, platforms and tools, distribution services and reporting, and the support we provide to our workplace and nonprofit partners have been proven through many years of campaign success. Thanks to our supporters and partners, we’ve raised more than $375 million to fuel work that protects our planet.

Workplace participants range from active and retired federal employees and members of the military through the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC), to state and municipal workplaces, to Fortune 500 companies including Walmart and American Express, to smaller local and regional businesses. Our participating nonprofit partners range from international organizations like the World Wildlife Fund to local groups like Alliance for Chesapeake Bay.

Your organization will receive funding on a quarterly basis for each campaign year beginning annually in July, until all funds have been collected and distributed.

Your organization will receive funds from any donors who gave directly to your organization through any campaigns you elect to participate in.
