Please provide a proposed income and expense budget for the first year of your project using this template.

Do you currently have a fiscal sponsor?

Qualifications

In addition to submitting your resume(s) with the application, please describe in one paragraph why you are qualified to lead this project.

The project must have current advisors or a proposed advisory board to be considered. Please list the names and titles of those that are currently or intending to be on the project’s advisory board, as well as a one paragraph on how their collective experience supports the project’s mission and strategy.
