Tristen Katz is the Director of Finance and Operations for The Nature Conservancy’s Marketing Division. She provides leadership and oversight in the areas of financial management, human resources, internal communications, and operations for a global team with nearly 300 employees. She also oversees the Workplace Giving and Matching Gifts program which raises more than $3 million annually for the organization. Tristen has been with The Nature Conservancy for eight years and has held a variety of financial and operational roles across the organization, including direct management of loan-funded investments in TNC’s Membership program.
Prior to coming to The Nature Conservancy in 2012, Tristen’s background was in finance and data analytics in the higher education and non-profit industries. She holds a BA from the Florida Institute of Technology, and an MBA from The George Washington University.
Tristen, who is based in Arlington, VA, enjoys being outdoors any chance she gets, traveling with friends, and cooking.
