Brad is a social impact leader driven by his passion for building solutions that benefit both people and the planet. As CEO of EarthShare, he’s on a mission to deliver the infrastructure and support to drive greater giving for a more just and sustainable world. To date, EarthShare has mobilized more than $400 million and countless other actions to accelerate environmental progress.

Brad brings extensive leadership, strategy, and innovation experience from founding and leading several organizations and initiatives. He currently serves as Chair of One Earth Philanthropy, Director of the Edmund Hillary Fellowship, and is an award-winning documentary photographer. Previously, he served as President of the Liberty Prairie Foundation, Co-Chair of Fresh Taste, Vice-Chair of Sustainable Agriculture and Food Systems Funders, and co-founded Funders for Regenerative Agriculture. In 2020, he was awarded the Edmund Hillary Fellowship in recognition of his work delivering positive impact in New Zealand and around the world.
