Brad Leibov
Brad is a social impact leader driven by his passion for building solutions for the benefit of people and the planet. For 25 years, he has served in chief executive roles working to influence systems change through philanthropy, corporate social responsibility, social enterprise, and community development. He brings an exceptional record of developing and implementing organizational strategy, leading strategic and cultural change, and a history of strong collaboration and innovative partnership development.
Brad serves as CEO of EarthShare where he’s focused on building the tools, programs, and inspirational content to engage businesses, individuals, and nonprofits to help solve the environmental crisis. With a vision of a world where everyone takes action for a healthy planet, EarthShare has provided millions of individuals with the opportunity to begin and continue their environmental journeys. To date, over $375M and countless other actions have been contributed.
Prior to joining EarthShare, Brad served as President and CEO of the Liberty Prairie Foundation, where he launched several pioneering programs to improve the health of land, water, and communities in the Upper Midwest of the United States. In collaboration with leading funders and philanthropists, he co-founded Funders for Regenerative Agriculture, the first U.S. philanthropic network dedicated to advancing heathy soil and regenerative agriculture solutions to climate change.
Brad is an Edmund Hillary Fellow, one of the most globally connected and forward-thinking networks of leaders, entrepreneurs, and investors on a mission to incubate solutions to global problems and make a lasting positive impact in New Zealand and around the world. He also serves as Vice Chair of One Earth Philanthropy, and on the boards of several nonprofits.
