Chief Executive Officer

Brad Leibov

Brad Leibov is the President and CEO of EarthShare, where he is building the philanthropic infrastructure that moves capital to environmental causes with greater purpose, speed, and integrity. EarthShare operates donor-advised funding, fiscal sponsorship, and workplace giving programs that together help individuals, family offices, foundations, and businesses support environmental nonprofits and initiatives. Since its founding in 1988, EarthShare has mobilized more than $450 million for the environment.

Brad has spent nearly 30 years working at the intersection of community, environment, and philanthropy. Before EarthShare, he served as President and CEO of the Liberty Prairie Foundation, where he directed grantmaking across regenerative agriculture, sustainable food systems, and land conservation, and helped build the philanthropic field around nature-based solutions to climate change. Earlier in his career he worked in community development in Chicago, where he saw firsthand how financial infrastructure shapes what is possible for people, neighborhoods, and institutions.

Brad co-founded Funders for Regenerative Agriculture and has held leadership roles across several organizations working at the intersection of food, land, entrepreneurship, and philanthropy. He currently serves as Chair of One Earth Philanthropy and as an Edmund Hillary Fellow.
