Chief Executive Officer
Brad Leibov
Brad Leibov is a social impact leader whose career has focused on strengthening communities and the environment. As CEO of EarthShare, he is working to transform the infrastructure behind environmental giving, building systems that make it easier, faster, and more strategic to direct resources where they are needed most. Since its founding, EarthShare has mobilized more than $400 million for environmental causes, and under Brad’s leadership, the organization is accelerating support for nonprofits and initiatives through donor-advised funding, fiscal sponsorship, and workplace giving.
Over the years, Brad has founded and led numerous organizations advancing environmental philanthropy, regenerative agriculture, local food systems, and sustainable development. He currently serves as Chair of One Earth Philanthropy, on the Board of the Edmund Hillary Fellowship and Hillary Institute of International Leadership, and as a Fellow in the Edmund Hillary Fellowship’s global network.
In addition to his philanthropic work, Brad is also an award-winning documentary photographer. His photography reflects his deep belief in connecting people and the environment at a time of social and ecological fragmentation, an extension of his mission to strengthen not only the systems of giving, but also the empathy and connection that drive lasting change.
