Our Approach

EarthShare provides fiscal sponsorship to bold, visionary projects advancing climate and environmental solutions. Our role is to handle the administrative, financial, and compliance responsibilities so leaders can stay focused on their mission and impact.

We support two proven fiscal sponsorship models. Every project begins with a thorough review of its mission, goals, and activities to ensure alignment and determine the best path forward. Based on this, we recommend the model—Comprehensive (Model A) or Pre-Approved Grant Relationship (Model C)—that best supports your work.

We Look for Projects That...

  • Have a strong environmental focus, with at least 70% of work centered on climate, biodiversity, conservation, or other environmental issues.
  • Are led by bold, visionary leaders with proven records of success.
  • Demonstrate the potential to deliver impact at the speed and scale our planet urgently requires.
  • Typically have a budget of at least $50,000.
