Introduction

You have the opportunity to design a successful and fun campaign that fits your company's culture. A workplace campaign can be a great team builder and morale booster if done right. Below are some steps to take to design your campaign. Remember, Earth Share federation representatives and our national network are available to help you set up the campaign.

This guide has been created by Earth Share to help you plan and organize your employee workplace fundraising campaign. It is intended for three possible audiences:

  • For the campaign coordinator at a company that has never run a workplace giving campaign.

  • For a campaign coordinator new to his/her company's campaign, or

  • For an experienced campaign coordinator who is looking to revitalize or expand his/her existing campaign.
This guide includes some of the best practices of successful campaigns. We recognize that one guide cannot fit all. You should use this guide as a tool and customize your campaign to fit your corporate culture, size, and special needs.
