EarthShare Washington is hiring!

EarthShare Washington (ESW) builds the capacity of 60+ local and national environmental organizations. It does so by educating employees at corporate and government workplaces about ESW organizations’ vital work, and by encouraging support through workplace giving programs ("payroll pledge campaigns”) and volunteerism.

Description

The Campaign Manager will build current workplace (government and corporate) giving programs and help identify and develop new ones.


Responsibilities

  • Build positive relationships with corporate and government campaign coordinators to create goals and opportunities for ESW to engage employees
  • Analyze campaign results and submit performance measurement reports
  • Complete annual campaign eligibility applications, working with ESW member organizations to ensure compliance with campaign requirements
  • Train ESW organizations to represent ESW effectively at campaign events
  • Represent ESW at campaign events (speaking, tabling)
  • With the assistance of the Executive Director, identify and develop potential new campaigns
  • Manage annual updates to campaign marketing materials (brochures, giveaway items, displays, posters, and other materials)
  • Other duties as needed by the organization, such as assisting with special events.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years minimum experience in nonprofit fundraising and outreach
  • Ability to manage complex databases (we use SalesForce and Andar); proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and an ability to work well with people
  • Detail oriented, able to juggle multiple tasks and delegate tasks as necessary
  • Flexibility and proven ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of the principles of fundraising

Conditions of Position

  • Increased time commitment during peak season (August-November and March-April)
  • Access to a vehicle during peak season
