We're 20 years young!

EarthShare turned 20 this year!  Amazing to think that we’ve been raising critical funding for America’s most trusted environmental and conservation charities since 1988.  We’ve changed and grown a lot over the years and so has environmental awareness, so we thought this landmark occasion was a good time to reconsider our brand and our online identity. This year we worked with Virilion and Hirshorn Zuckerman Design Group to create a new look and new online presence, starting with our logo and our name: EarthShare.  (Same great federation, now just one easy word!)

We’ve also made a commitment to being a better news conduit between our member organizations and you. We hope you’ll join our community so you can begin receiving these new and exciting items:

  • A weekly roundup featuring our member organizations’ good work and news of interest called the Environmental Ticker;
  • Every other week, an environmental quiz to challenge your environmental knowledge -- and potentially earn you a prize for correct answers;
  • Green lifestyle tips to help you learn about making smart, healthy choices; and
  • Event & volunteer opportunities to show you how to make a difference in your community by being proactive with the gift of your time.

EarthShare is distributing this information through our website's RSS feed, through our new Facebook page, and through our weekly e-mail list (subscribe at left).
